daVinci Summer Chromebook Permission Slip

During the school year, your student has had access to a PPS owned, personally assigned Chromebook for use during the school day and at home.

If you would like your student to keep their Chromebook during the summer months AND they will be attending daVinci next year, please fill out this form and provide your signature below as permission. Please also review the Rights and Responsibilities of using a PPS-provided Chromebook.

*Again, this form is only to be filled out if you are wanting your current 6th or 7th grade daVinci student to keep their assigned Chromebook over the summer.
