I acknowledge that my participation in the 2023/2024 UNITED season tryout does not guarantee a roster spot for the competition season nor impacts any potential roster spot for any school program. I understand that my tryout fee is non-refundable. I acknowledge that I must show a UNITED staff member proof of my athlete's USAV/GEVA membership and eligibility for the 2023/2024 season. I understand that I have the right to wait to accept a roster spot proposal from any USAV/GEVA club team until 10/1/2023. Only then (10/1/23) will my acceptance to that club become binding. ***Please have parent sign below*** *
