SD-SPJ Journalist COVID-19 Holiday Relief Fund
The San Diego Pro Chapter of the Society of Professional Journalists has created a Journalist Relief Fund for members of the San Diego media community who have lost work in 2020 due to the Covid-19 pandemic. A committee of SD-SPJ board members will award grants to San Diego journalists who demonstrate a need for financial assistance due to losing a job or regular freelance work in 2020. Applicants don't need to be members of SD-SPJ but must work in San Diego County. The application deadline is Sunday, December 27, 2020, at midnight.
