Sheffield Green Spaces Forum - Survey
Dear Community groups
We are interested in the relationship between Friends Groups with other Friends Groups, Sheffield City Council, and other organisations.  We hope that you will complete this questionnaire survey which should take you around ten minutes.

We will share this data in an anonymised and aggregated format with you, and present it to the Sheffield Green Space Forum at a future meeting. We aim to publish this in an academic paper. Thank you for your time in completing this survey.
Thank you in advance for your help, Dr Nicola Dempsey and Dr Jinvo Nam
