Change in Bus Usage: one-off or routine (Reception to Year 3)

This form NEEDS to be filled in the day before  the day of the change.

After that, it is NOT safe to change bus arrangement for children in Reception/Yr3.

Call Reception in case of an emergency, do NOT email.

For more than one day changes, please fill in this form once for each separate day.  Please check that you amend the date correctly!

One-off changes will not appear in SchoolBase.

Only deviate from the routine for important things: young children get easily confused and upset if they believe they should be on the bus and they are not or vice versa.

You don't need to inform us of one-off changes for children from year 4 as they make their own way to the bus, but tell them they can approach a member of staff if they are uncertain.
