About:
The COMP Women's Committee - Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Accessibility (CWC-IDEA) aims to identify, address, and monitor issues facing women and other equity-deserving individuals working in or studying medical physics in Canada, and to continuously transform the profession and COMP into one in which inclusivity, diversity, equity, and accessibility (IDEA) are integrated in order to engage the full potential of all members.

Meetings:
The group meets weekly (via Zoom) and is involved in hosting a bi-monthly series - IDEAs at Home (via Zoom). Members are encouraged to participate in weekly discussions, help facilitate IDEAs at Home, and contribute ideas for InterACTIONS articles and conference workshops.
