11am Sunday - Dear family, friends and wider community members. On Saturday, November 20th, our dear beth went by ambulance to the ER after Paul called 911 when he found her laying next to her bed somewhat unresponsive. She has suffered from a stroke, though we don't yet know the cause. The good news is that she is responsive and spirited. She still has temporary paralysis on her right side and her speech is very limited. She's in the ICU at Carle Hospital in Urbana (Rm 7117 as of 11/21 at 3:30pm) and can only have two visitors at a time. We are coming together in ways that would make beth proud! Thanks for caring about her!
