Institute for Public Strategies - East County is facilitating two listening session and follow up meetings to bring property owners, merchants, residents, and other interested folk together to work on revitalizing the main business corridor of Lemon Grove.
With three decades of expertise, particularly through IPS projects in Casa de Oro, Chula Vista, and San Diego, this endeavor concentrated on evaluating present challenges, pinpointing assets, setting goals, and harnessing the collaborative energy of stakeholders to establish a vibrant, multicultural commercial corridor in Lemon Grove.
This initiative aims to create a pedestrian friendly environment where residents, families, and tourists can experience the diverse shopping, unique dining, quality entertainment, and myriad other attractions Lemon Grove has the potential to offer.
