Please use this form to RSVP for a work party or event at SCHA! This form is required for all non-member visitors and highly recommended for SCHA members as well.

If you are NOT a member of SCHA, you are required to complete a liability waiver. ALL ATTENDEES must complete the SCHA COVID-19 Pre-Entry Survey prior to attending the work party or event.
