Terms & Conditions *
By submitting your Photo Book to "Our Community Gallery":
  • you grant albumworks a license to display your Photo Book on our website and social media channels.
  • you retain all rights and ownership of the photos in your Photo Book.
  • you warrant that the copyright in the images within the Photo Book are held by you or you have permission to use them and agree to indemnify albumworks against any claims made for any unauthorized use of copyrighted material. 
  • Moral Rights & Privacy: By submitting, you confirm that you have permission to use images of all individuals depicted in the Photo Book and that they comply with all applicable laws.
  • albumworks reserves the right to review all submissions for quality and appropriateness and has sole discretion to decide whether or not to display any submission.
  • Termination or Withdrawal: Should you wish to terminate the license and remove your Photo Book from "Our Community Gallery", you may request removal by contacting albumworks. We will endeavor to process such requests promptly, but it might take some time for complete removal from all platforms.
