YIP’s volunteer community is the heart of our grassroots organization. Together with our board, these passionate volunteers help imagine and bring to life the unique resources and programming that help members connect with Philadelphia and get involved.

Volunteers help with the organization, planning, and oversight of YIP-sponsored events and initiatives throughout the year, including our Get Involved Happy Hours, State of Young Philly, voter registration drives and more!
