INSTRUCTIONS

Complete this form as fully and as accurately as you can. All participating schools need to complete this form every year as it contains your MoA (Memorandum of Agreement) as a member of Kōtui Ako | Virtual Learning Network Aotearoa.

All registrations of interest must be made through this form and followed up by a spreadsheet with students details to complete the registration process.
