For tracking purposes, it is vitally important to know if your child has the signs and symptoms of COVID-19 or another contagious illness; such as the flu or strep throat. This timely information will allow us to track illness, correlate symptoms and ultimately try to avoid any further transmission among our students and staff.

The MA DPH and the CDC requires that we report reasons for each student absence. If your student is absent you must notify the school by 9am of the reason for your child’s absence. This must be done by completing this form.
