Holy Convocation, scheduled for October 6th to 13th, promises to be a gathering of minds, fostering learning, collaboration, and innovation in empower global citizens.

Volunteer Roles:

  1. Registration Assistants: Help with attendee check-in, distribute conference materials, and provide information about event logistics.
  2. Session Room Assistants: Assist presenters with setup, manage attendee seating, and monitor session timekeeping.
  3. Ushers and Directional Guides: Provide directions, assist with wayfinding, and help attendees navigate the conference venue.
  4. Information Desk Attendants: Field inquiries from attendees, provide assistance, and offer guidance on conference activities and schedules.
  5. Health, Educational, & Creative Arts Fair Support: Assist fair participants with setup and breakdown, monitor fair areas, and facilitate attendee engagement.
  6. Photography and Videography Assistants: Capture key moments and sessions throughout the conference for promotional and archival purposes.
  7. Social Media Team: Help with live coverage, posting updates, and engaging with attendees on various social media platforms.
  8. General Support: Provide assistance as needed with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the conference.
  9. Youth care: Provide care and supervision for our youth in various settings, ensuring their safety and well-being while their parents or guardians are engaged in workshops.
  10. Young Adult Chaperones: Play a vital role in creating a supportive and enriching environment for young adults, empowering them to explore new opportunities, build meaningful connections, and achieve their full potential.
  11. AV (Audio-Visual) Support: Play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of audio-visual equipment and technology during events, conferences, and presentations.
  12. Hospitality: To assist with food hospitality services during the event. Your support in this crucial aspect will ensure that attendees have a delightful culinary experience while participating in our event
  13. Security: To be part of our event security team and help create a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees.

Requirements:

  • Enthusiasm for the Unity Fellowship Church Movement Global and willingness to contribute to a dynamic event.
  • Availability for a minimum of 3 hours during the conference dates.
  • Strong communication skills and a energized, loving, friendly, approachable demeanor.
