We are excited to begin the new year with the Global Equity Empowerment Leadership Certification Series, starting with Course 1: Introduction to the H.E.A.R.T. Communication Model.
This form is for individuals interested in either enrolling in specific courses or joining the full cohort for the entire series. If you would like to express interest in either option, please complete the form below.
About the Certification Series:
The Global Equity Empowerment Certification Series is built around the H.E.A.R.T. Communication Model, an essential tool integrated. This model strengthens communication and collaboration across cultural contexts through its focus on Honesty, Empathy, Active Listening, Reflection, and Transformation.
Participants will develop actionable tools to foster more inclusive and equitable environments within education and professional settings.
Details for Participation:
- Program Length: Each course is 90 minutes with an optional 30-minute reflection exercise
- Commitment: 2 hours per session
- Eligibility: Open to global educators, administrative leadership, study abroad advisors, and faculty. Preference will be given to participants from university campuses, but we welcome all applicants, including those from provider organizations and government agencies.
