PAYMENT

* The activities are paid directly to Música do Círculo and the accommodations are paid directly to the hotel "Espaço Arco-Íris" upon arrival.

* Transportation from São Paulo to Espaço Arco-Íris and back in our bus/van is free of charge.

* Within 4 days after submitting the registration form, you will receive an e-mail with information regarding your payment, which must be made via Paypal. Of the total paid, US$ 50.00 refers to a non-refundable RESERVATION VALUE. 

* We will not accept cash payments during the Retreat. 

* Former participants have a discount until October 10, 2022!

PRICE FOR ACTIVITIES

From 09/26 until 10/31 - US$ 380

After 10/31 - US$ 450

Ex-participantes, until 10/10: US$ 300

The value for the activities is paid to Música do Círculo by paypal.

❤️ Donations for scholarships
It is thanks to the support of the community that it has been possible, with each new edition, to enable the participation of educators from social projects in the retreat. In this way, these people can be affected and spread the work, taking it into their respective communities, they also bring a lot to the retreat experience.

Payment for accommodation will be made directly to Espaço Arco Íris, upon check-in.
They accept cash (real, dollar, euro), debit and credit cards, and the amount can be paid in up to 4 installments.

There will be 2 types of accommodation:
- double/triple suite
- single suite

* You do not need to bring bed linen or towels.
* Food (ovo-lactovegetarian) is included in the prices: breakfast, lunch, coffee break and dinner.

✈️🛏💤 IN SÃO PAULO
*We always have people coming from outside SP and even from other countries! Therefore, we recommend that the participants all come to São Paulo first, so that we can all go to the Retiro site together.

*We recommend that, after the end of the retreat, participants stay in SP at least until Sunday night (01/15/23), we always organize cultural activities for the group in the city.
🚗🚌🚲 TRANSPORTATION
We offer - at no extra cost - the option of round-trip transport by bus/van between São Paulo and the Espaço Arco-Íris where the retreat happens, according to the information below.

📸 Image and Advertising Law
During the retreat, we will have people in charge of recording the activities. This material will then be shared with the participants and will be available for use in publicizing upcoming retreats.

⚠️ CANCELLATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    1. After making your payment, you have 7 DAYS to cancel your reservation FREE of charge and receive 100% of the amount already paid back. After this period, the RESERVATION VALUE will not be refunded.

    2. If cancellation occurs up to 30 days before the start of the Retreat, we will refund 70% of the remaining amount paid (after withholding the RESERVATION AMOUNT);

    3. If cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the start of the Retreat, we will refund 50% of the remaining amount paid (after withholding the RESERVATION AMOUNT);

    4. There will be no refunds after the event has started.

    5. If the reason for the cancellation is for health reasons, please contact the production by e-mail retiromdc@gmail.com to arrange the return of the amount paid (discounting the RESERVATION VALUE).

⚠️ COVID 19
We will not make any demands regarding Covid, understanding that in the current scenario each person is responsible for taking care of themselves and others in the way they see fit.
The use of a mask will be optional.
It is important to be aware of the risk of becoming infected, as activities involve contact and singing in close proximity to each other.
If someone has symptoms, we recommend they wear a mask and avoid close contact with other people. If there is a need for special care, we will provide the support that each case asks for, but we will not require tests.
