The iOS lock screen widget is not my issue

I'm on iOS16, so I understand that this is Apple's fault and I need to train iOS to allow Gluroo to update the widget regularly. To do this, I click on the widget to open Gluroo and demonstrate an interest in Gluroo and the lock screen widget. This will allow your device to spend more battery on Gluroo after repeatedly doing these steps.

I'm on iOS17, so I understand that tapping the widget will try update the numbers without opening Gluroo (only iOS17 and later) and this will train my device to allow more updates of the widget.

I've confirmed that I have notifications for Gluroo turned on at the iOS settings level (notifications are how new widget updates are delivered)

I've also confirmed that I have notifications turned on for my GluCrew on my device from inside Gluroo > Menu > Settings Gear > App tab > Notifications (be sure Notifications slider is not to the right)

After confirming notifications are turned on, I've also tried signing out of the Gluroo app and signing back in.

What is wrong with the CGM values? *

Widget is not refreshing (for iOS read https://gluroo.com/support/ios-lock-screen-widget-blood-glucose/#troubleshooting first)

CGM values are missing for more than 15 minutes
