Harding Bus Route Sign Up--First Trimester 2021-2022
Dear Parents,

As you may know, we offer SIX pickup points for our morning bus routes as a convenience for families.

After reading the details regarding cost and conditions, please answer the questions at the end that allow you to sign-up and make a commitment to this morning service for the first trimester only. We will then notify you as to whether the route is "a go" or not, based on the sign-ups.

We will follow COVID-19 protocol and require all students riding the morning bus to wear a mask while on the bus.

The deadline to sign up is by NOON Monday, August 16.

There will be no afternoon service.

The details are as follows:
Dates: Sign-up is for the entire first trimester, which begins August 19 and continues through November 5.

Cost: The cost is $2.50 per day for your first child and $1.50 per day for each additional sibling. Total cost for one child is $132.50 for the first trimester (53 days), to be billed on the next statement.

In order for a particular route to be "a go" we will need sufficient numbers to sign up for that route. We will notify you one way or the other.

Once a route is secured, families will not be reimbursed for missing days due to illness, etc.

Children in Pre-K will be required to use a booster seat.

Time (bus departure) and Locations:

1) Green Hills -  Woodmont Baptist Church (2100 Woodmont Blvd.- corner of Woodmont and Hillsboro) -departs  7:10 A.M

2) Elmington Park - (3531 West End -Right in front of West End Middle School- departs  7:25 A.M.

3) East Nashville - Shelby Avenue Baptist Church (1012 Shelby Ave) - departs 7:10 A.M.

4) 12th South - Midtown Fellowship Church (2415 12th Avenue South) - departs 7:20 A.M. Space is limited to the first 14 students on this route due to seating spacing.

5) Bellevue - Harpeth Village Shopping Center (8028 Hwy 100 at the intersection of Temple Road) in Publix parking lot - departs 7:15 A.M.

6) Franklin/Brentwood - Warner Park Vaughn Road at Old Hickory (50 Vaughn Rd.)-(across from the dog park in the ball field parking lot) - departs 7:25 A.M.
