キャシー・ルイーズの週末アシュタンガヨガ・フルプライマリーレッドクラスのご案内
日時：毎週土曜 午前7:30~9:00 (日本時間)
料金：(ご参加のたびにお支払いください)
初回トライアル：1000円
初めての方はトライアル料金後、お続けになりたい場合は通常のクラス料金をお支払いください。
通常料金；(レッスン1回)2500円
お申込み後、5月のZoomログイン＋パスワードをEメールでお送りします。
お支払いはキャシー・ルイーズのPayPalアカウントにお願いします：

お支払いの種類は「友達と家族」を選択してください。
* パスワードはその月に1つです。
* クラスに申し込むと、キャシー・ルイーズからzoomのログイン名とパスワードが送られてきます。
* 基本的に、クラスに参加するたびにお支払いください。
1ヶ月分をまとめてお支払いしたい方は、月初めにその月の参加回数分をまとめてお支払いください。万が一、レッスン料金を支払後に出席できなかった場合、その分の料金はこちらでお預かりさせていただきます。キャシー・ルイーズがご入金分の管理をしますので、別の土曜日にその分を充てることができます。
* 毎月パスワードが変わりますので、次の月のzoomリンクを受け取るには、このGoogleキュメントにお申込みください。このGoogleドキュメントはキャシー・ルイーズのインスタグラム内プロフィール欄のリンクLinktreeに掲載されます。
* Zoomクラスにログインする際、キャシー・ルイーズのクラス登録にお名前を英語でご記入ください。
* ハーフプライマリーシリーズしか練習できない方もご参加いただけます。
* もしキャシー・ルイーズがクラスを担当できない場合は、このGoogleドキュメントとインスタグラム/フェイスブックのトップにお知らせを掲載します。

Sign up for the weekly Ashtanga Yoga Led Full Primary class with Cathy Louise.
Date & Time: every Saturday, 7:30am -9:00am Japan Time
Fees: (please pay each time you participate)
First trial: 1,000 Yen ($10) (If this is the first time you are coming to class please pay the trial class. If you wish to continue to pay the regular class fee).
Regular Price: 2,500 Yen ($23)
After you apply we will send you the Zoom login+password for May via email.

* There will be one password for the month.
* When you sign up for class Cathy Louise will send you the zoom login and password.
* Please pay each time you attend class. If you pay for class and are unable to attend you will keep the credit. Cathy Louise will keep track of the credit and you can save it for another Saturday!
* Each month the password will change and you will need to apply by this google document to receive the next months zoom link. This Google Document will be posted on Cathy Louise's IG/Link in Profile/Linktree.
* When you login to Zoom class, please write your name in English so that Cathy Louise can sign you in on her class register.
* If you are only able to practice Half Primary Series you are still welcome to attend.
* If Cathy Louise cannot teach the class the notice will be posted at the top of this Google Document and IG/GB.
