Greetings!

It's once again time for the annual Highland Games arranged by Whiskyföreningen! Come down to Ossinlampi next to Alvarin aukio on Wednesday 15.5 at 15:00 and represent your guild, association or friend group in a three-person team.

Our Highland Games include many of the traditional events, such as the classic cabre toss, and even golf (less traditional)! In addition to collecting points from physical performance, you can also be awarded extra points for style and for dressing accordingly using the traditional Scottish Highland dress i.e. the kilt. Bagpipes are also welcome.

After the games you are invited to a whisky tasting where we will sample a selection of Scottish single malt whiskies. If this doesn’t sound good enough, we’ll also make sure the sauna is warm afterwards.

You won’t need any refreshments of your own as Whiskyföreningen will provide you with delicious golden liquids as well as authentic Scottish Irn Bru. The winner of the games will also be rewarded with, of course, whisky.

The participation fee of 10€ per person includes the games, refreshments and the whisky tasting afterwards.
