Dear Mohawk Trail / Hawlemont Regional School District Families:

WELCOME to the new school year! In order to adequately prepare for our school lunch program, families will need to sign-up their child(ren) each week for school lunches. Curbside pick-up will be available at ALL DISTRICT SCHOOLS between 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

Please complete the form below to indicate your school lunch needs and pick-up location. IMPORTANT: Registration is due each Friday for the following week. You MUST complete one form for each child.

**As a reminder, all school lunches are FREE to all district children ages 18-years old and younger for the remainder of the school year!**

Please indicate the day(s) you will need lunch service. NOTE: If you are unsure at this time of your need for lunch, PLEASE register by FRIDAYS for the following week. If you register for meals every day (Monday-Friday): on Mondays you will receive two meals (food for Monday and Tuesday), on Wednesdays you will receive two meals (food for Wednesday and Thursday), and on Friday you will receive one meal.
