Video and Photography consent

Indepen-dance uses photographs and video footage of a wide range of people in materials to promote the services and facilities that it provides. These materials include, posters, leaflets, display stands, banners, reports, social media and website.
No materials are produced for sale and your photograph or video clip will only be used in materials produced or commissioned by the company to promote activities.
Please note no names will be associated with photos and video.
If any press attend the festival, a separate release form will be requested from you.
