Complimentary May 26 massage sessions (individual times to be determined) come with two options. Please choose one:

Reflexology: Gentle pressure and massage techniques applied to your feet and hands to bring about relaxation and stimulate the body’s own healing process. You remain seated and fully clothed, except for your feet. Reflexology can relieve stress and tension, improve circulation, and boost your immune system and energy levels.

Indian Head Massage: This massage sequence, which originated in India, focuses on areas of the body where we tend to hold a lot of tension: shoulders, neck and head. This massage is performed with you sitting upright, fully clothed. Indian Head Massage can help reduce stress, headaches, tense muscles, and eyestrain. Essential oils are optional.

Accommodation options. (1) If you have a roommate preference for double occupancy, please note their name here. We will honour that request whenever possible, if both parties mention the other person.
