Richfield PSA 2021 - 22 Re-Enrollment Survey
It is time to re-enroll for the 2021 - 2022 school year. New enrollment preference is given to the siblings of the currently enrolled students whenever possible. A sibling is defined as a child living in the same home and sharing the same guardian.

It is important that this survey be completed no later than March 31, 2021. Failure to complete the survey by this date may result in the loss of your child's place next year for the 2021-2022 school term! Please complete the information below and submit the survey.

Questions 1 through 3 are REQUIRED.
