Rising Sun Vineyard Spring Fest:  The festival is an opportunity for local and surrounding city vendors and crafters to sell and display their unique hand-crafted and creative merchandise.  The 2024 event will be held on Saturday, April 20th. Shopping hours will be 10am - 6 pm.  This event is hosted by Rising Sun Vineyard.  We do not charge admission fees. This is our 4th annual Spring Fest and our average attendance is approx 400+ guests and growing.

Booth Information:  The Spring Fest ranges in show size based on applications.  Our average show size is approx 40+ vendors. Booth Spaces offered are Indoor or Outdoor, 10x10' or 10x20'.   

Booths are encouraged to sell arts, crafts, handcrafted and unique items.

Vendor set up will be Saturday, April 20th from 8am-9:45am. Vendors will be required to check-in with the coordinator in the vineyard tasting room upon arrival. Booth vendors must be set up by 9:45am.  Vendors must stay within the perimeters of the assigned booth and arrange the booth in such a way as to avoid interference with other booth spaces.  Booth take down will begin at 5:00pm and by 6pm the show will be over.  Early take down is not allowed unless granted permission by Rising Sun Vineyard staff.

You may not give, sell, or lend your booth space to someone else.  We do allow vendors to share booth space if both vendors complete the application form. 

Your booth must be kept presentable and neat at all times.  All stock, boxes and personal items should be kept out of sight.  All tables must be covered. 

Registration Information:   Registration is open on February 1st 2024.  In order to maintain a variety of vendors, Event Coordinators reserve the right to accept or deny applications based on show needs.  Please know that various categories of merchandise will be limited to ensure a quality and well-balanced show. 

Booth applications will be accepted and reviewed on a first come, first serve basis.  Vendors will be informed of acceptance/denial.  Do not assume that submission of application guarantees you a space in the Spring Fest.  Approved vendors will receive email confirmation including payment invoice.

Please be patient after submitting an application; response time for approved or denied applications may take up to 1 week.

Changes or additions in items to be sold from original approved booth application must be submitted to Event Coordinator for approval.  Changes or additions may be denied based on other approved vendor applications to continue variety of show. 

Approved Booth applications will be  emailed and given a link to finalize registration and payment.  Booths will not be held or reserved without payment.  Payment methods will be online via our secure Squarespace system.

Refunds are only offered if event is cancelled.

Parking/Loading Area:  The Wednesday before the event we will send a detailed map of loading and unloading locations.  Once unloading is complete ALL vehicles must be moved into the designated vendor parking area.

Other Helpful Information:

Rising Sun Vineyard does not have an ATM onsite and the tasting room cannot provide any assistance for cash transactions/exchanges. Please plan accordingly or visit the local banks nearby for monetary assistance.

Marketing efforts include social media, email, and fliers, and other various media outlets.

Safety:  We encourage all vendors to be safe and encourage a positive and family friendly attitude.  We ask that vendors report any issues to the Rising Sun Vineyard coordinators.

Wifi is unfortunately not available.

Rising Sun Vineyard is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen property.

Sales tax must be collected and reported to the Comptroller’s office; this is required by state law and is your responsibly.  For information on obtaining a Texas sales tax permit, please contact the Comptroller’s office in your community or call (512)463-4600 in Austin.  We are not qualified to counsel you on tax information.
