The work of our party is done by volunteers, from the officers serving on our Admin Team to all the other teams that carry on the work of electing good candidates and passing progressive laws.

Our Platform, Resolutions & Legislative Committee has a dozen Study Groups that develop platform positions for a host of issues.  The platform positions inform our approach to legislation and which bills and policies we work to get passed locally and in Salem. Please indicate which areas you are interested in and we can connect you with that study group so you can help determine where we focus our energies as a party.  

Our Neighborhood Leader Program connects volunteers with Democratic voters in their community. From door-to-door and neighbor-to-neighbor, we build relationships with the people who live, work, and play in our communities. This not only helps us build a stronger community, it helps us to get out the vote in important elections.

We also coordinate by House District so we can organize our members to help elect good candidates in their area and and work with their legislators to get progressive policies passed locally and in Salem.
