Payment *

To complete your purchase of the 2024 Locavore & LocaBerry Membership, payment can be made by check, cash, or credit card. Your membership (beginning April 15th) will be complete once we have received payment. Questions about payment please email, info@emeryfarm.com. Space is limited - deadline for sign ups and payment is March 15th. Please keep in mind there is a 3% processing fee for all credit card payments for our Locavore & LocaBerry Memberships.

Check (please drop off in person, or mail your check made out to "Market & Café at Emery Farm" to 147 Piscataqua Road, Durham, NH 03824, along with a copy of this form)

Cash (please bring cash in person to the Market & Cafe after filling out your form)

Credit Card (additional 3% processing fee will be added to your total, cards can be called in or done in person after filling out your form)
