REGISTRATION: Attendee Check-in; Onsite Sales. Opportunities available for daytime and evening events

SOCIAL MEDIA: includes opportunities for videographers, journalists, content creators

WORKSHOPS & PANELS: Greet attendees, manage door (incl. line management, ticket scanning, fielding scanning problems to registration), assist panelists (as needed), room maintenance (ensuring room cleanliness/ reset before sessions), other duties as needed.

RUNNERS: Quick thinkers and ability to move quickly as issues arises that require quick resolution

MERCHANDISERS: Assist with merchandise sales at the hotel and at the theater

PRODUCTION OFFICE COORDINATOR(s): Assist with daily setup and distribution of materials as needed; radio assignment; vendor check list; must be technologically savvy!

FILMMAKER SUPPORT: Basic personal assistant duties, lots of movement, possible notetaking (minimal)

SPECIAL EVENT ATTENDANTS & CAPTAINS: Greet guests at the door and escort to their table (Women SuperStars Honors; Sunday Brunch w/ the Brothers; BronzeLens Awards Show)

THEATER COORDINATOR(S) - daily - Literally hosts the screening; perform brief housekeeping announcements, greeting, (cell phone reminder, voting at the end; night time screening reminders, panels), work with tech team re: any theater issues re: Audio, picture playback, Conduct Q & a with attending filmmakers, keep each screening room component on time; ask audience to promptly leave the theater so the cleaning crew can enter & keep screening on time (HARD OUT). They are also responsible for turning off the lights when it is time to start & turning them back on when the last film ended for Q&A;

THEATER ATTENDANT: Welcome attendees to the screening theater; manage the outside of the theater, scan tickets, troubleshoot ticket issues with Theater Manager; ensure prompt expediting of theater load in & out. remind guest to adhere to COVID protocols; offer screening room, festival and directional information
