CIBB/Cookaholics 2020 Portland Get-Together
This form is to survey your confirmed interest in a get-together of the cooking crowd from the CIBB, Cookaholics.org, and Culinary FB Group.  Some basic details of the get-together:

Portland, Oregon (and vicinity)
Weekend of August 29-30
Likely cost of weekend: $250-$500 per person
(excluding airfare & hotel & shopping)

At least 5 members of our group need to confirm attendance at this stage to proceed.  I realize that we're all facing a possible COVID-19 pandemic at this point; please answer the questions below under the assumption that the disease is under control and there are no travel bans.

If we do go ahead, I will compute final costs in late April, and deposits will be due in mid-May.

Please take your time and answer ALL questions if you can, as it'll help me plan our weekend.  However, we do want to decide if we're doing the get together or not by March 20.
