We are estimating 95 Children and 60 Adults (25 Families) per session based on our previous event attendance. We will provide a confirmed number of attendants closer to the event date. Please plan to provide for the above mentioned guests.
Craft Table Sponsor: provide craft supplies for 95 children.(If signed up for multiple sessions, 95 children per session).
Game Sponsor: Set-up and provide a game for kids in attendance.
Activity Sponsor: Provide an activity for kids in attendance, this can be any activity you would like to provide (ex: face painting, photo booth, balloon animals, nail painting, etc.).
Meals for Families: provide meal for 155 people. (If signed up for multiple sessions, 155 people per session).
Entertainment: Provide one hour of live entertainment to families in attendance. (If signed up for multiple sessions, 1-hour of entertainment per session).
Family Shuttle: We will need to shuttle families about 1 mile from parking lot to event location, we are looking for shuttle sponsors/donors. Have a shuttle you would like to make available to us? Indicate that here!
