Admissions is hosting two Multicultural Connections Resource and Involvement Fairs for admitted OU students. The purpose of the fairs is to provide the event participants an opportunity to connect with various academic departments, student support offices, and student organizations from around campus. These would be great opportunities for your organization to showcase what your group does and begin recruiting new members for the upcoming year. The dates and times for each fair are:
1) Saturday, February 11th @2-3pm
2) Monday, March 20th @2-3pm
Location: in the lobby outside of the Baker Center Theatre (2nd Floor) and near the MCC Gallery space.
This will be held on the Multicultural Connections Day, following the Multicultural Student Panel from 1:20-2:15pm. We ask that you arrive no later than 2pm to set up, with 1-3 members of your organization, a trifold board, and other goodies or handouts if you like!
PLEASE RSVP BY Tuesday, February 7 for the first fair, and Monday, March 13 for the second fair. This will ensure that there are tables ready for everyone organization who wants to participate.
