MCPS invites your child to participate in the instrumental music program!.

1. Students in grades 4 and 5 may be offered the opportunity to learn the following instruments: Flute, Clarinet, Alto Saxophone, Trumpet, Trombone, Baritone, Percussion, Violin, Viola or Cello.

2. There is NO CHARGE for the instruction.

3. Classes are part of the school curriculum and are scheduled during regular school hours.

4. Instruction is NOT given on the following instruments since they are not used in school bands or orchestras: piano, guitar, accordion, banjo, ukulele, harmonica, bugle, or recorder.

5. A limited number of instruments are available for loan. If you are unable to provide your child with an instrument, make a written request to Dr. Wolfe.
