The City of Burlingame is pleased to offer paperless billing to our utility customers. Customers can now receive their bill faster via email. Each month when the utility bill is prepared, an email will be sent to the email you provided with your account information, due date, rates and billing details. Past due billing will also be sent via email. Signing up is easy! Just complete the form below. If you get your invoice by Email, you will not receive one by "Regular Mail". Each utility account requires a separate authorization form.
