The Northwood Middle School Counseling Department has sent you a letter or email to invite you to your student’s mandatory Individual Graduation Plan (IGP) conference. The IGP is a conference held from grades 8 through 12 with each student and their parent or guardian to discuss current and past academic progress, high school goals and curriculum, and plans for the future. In the 8th grade IGP, we also will talk about the state’s 16 career clusters and where your student’s career interests fall.

The letter or email stated the time and date of your student's IGP meeting. Please complete the form below to confirm your attendance at the IGP meeting.
If you need to reschedule, please indicate below. A counselor will follow up with you to reschedule as soon as possible.

For students attending school in person, IGPs will be held via Google Meet while the student is at school. Parents will participate in the meeting via phone or Google Meet.
For students enrolled in the virtual program, IGPs will be held via Google Meet while the student is at home. Parents will participate in the meeting via phone or Google Meet.
