ALLISONVILLE STUDENT DIRECTORY INFORMATION 2023-24
Allisonville PTO will provide a printed school directory to each family. In the directory, each student’s personal information [name of parent(s) or guardian(s), primary phone number and email] will be listed in the directory as it is listed in Skyward. You can choose to have your child's contact information REMOVED or CHANGED using the form below. To request changes for multiple children, please submit a change form for each child.
These requests are to be submitted by September 12, 2023. If the information is received later than deadline, we cannot guarantee the changes will be made prior to printing. If you have any questions, please contact Lisa Rodgers (317-796-9262 or lrodgers1977@gmail.com).
