Private appointments are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. A spot will not be held until payment is received along with signed Training Agreement. These items must be received prior to commencement of first class.Choke collars, prong collars and/or shock collars are prohibited from use in Pawsitively Unleashed! classes. Owner understands he/she will be asked to remove such collars or asked to leave class, NO refund will be offered in such circumstances.SERVICES PROVIDED: Private lessons are taught by Renea L. Dahms (“Trainer”), a professional dog trainer (or a training intern). Trainer, at his/her discretion, may refuse entry to any dog which is not healthy, is aggressive or does not seem suitable for the services provided.PAYMENT: Payment is due prior to the start of training. No refunds will be given after class has commenced. REMOVAL FROM TRAINING: Trainer, at his/her sole discretion, may remove a pet from training if a hazard or threat of any nature to any other animal or person is present. No refund will be given under such circumstances.CLEANLINESS: Owner is responsible for the removal of excrement that their pet is responsible for.LIABILITY: Owner agrees to indemnify and hold Pawsitively Unleashed!, Trainer and Trainer’s employees/agents harmless from all liability for any loss, damage or injury to persons, animals or property arising from or related to Owner’s pet.
