I am aware that:

1. I will need to either drop my child off at School of the Arts by 9:30am on January 19, 2023, or have my child at one of the bus stops assigned near my area.

2. I will attend the performance at the end of the day (5pm for 5th graders, 6:30pm for 8th graders)

3. I will pick up my child after the performance (approximately 6pm performance for 5th graders, 7:30 performance for 8th graders)

4. CCSD students will be able to use their lunch # or ID to have lunch in the cafeteria. Non-CCSD students will need to bring their own lunch. Pizza will be provided for an after school snack. If my child has dietary needs, I will send them with their lunch and snack.

5. My student will bring their instrument if they are doing 8th grade band or 5th and 8th grade strings.
