This form is to submit a request for support in the Fiscal Year 2021 Appropriations process. Note this is for the appropriations bills other than Defense. Deadline for submission is 6pm on Monday, March 2, 2020.

This process will be conducted in accordance with House Rule XXI, Clause 9 regarding Congressionally directed spending and other relevant House rules. It is important to note that Congressionally directed funding, known as earmarks, will not be included in the Fiscal Year 2020 appropriations bills.  Moreover, the budgetary constraints currently facing the federal government will further limit the opportunities for direct funding to particular initiatives.  This form is for organizations to make requests for funding levels of national programs and/or submit requested legislative or report language.  All proposals will be subject to considerable scrutiny.
