Immunization Clinic

Visiting Nurses Association will be holding an immunization clinic at Wright City Middle School and Wright City High School on April 18. If your child is 11 years or older, they can get their 8th-grade immunizations, and at age 16, they can receive their 2nd meningococcal vaccine as needed for 12th graders. If you would like your student to participate in this clinic, please fill out the following survey. All incoming 8th graders are required by the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS) to receive MCV4 (meningococcal) and Tdap (tetanus, diphtheria, & pertussis) and all incoming 12th graders are required by the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS) to receive MCV4 (meningococcal) prior to the first day of school. Please fill out the survey if you would like your student to attend.
