Here's the place to sign up to volunteer for the 11th annual Make Music Upper Perk!
Volunteers are needed before the event, on the day of the event, Wednesday, June 21, 2023, and the week after the event.

Volunteers needed before June 21st

How would you like to help?

Publicity – distributing posters, programs, postcards, etc.

Poster Creators - making venue specific musician schedule

Roadies (before, during, and after event) – putting out lawn signs, A-frames, balloons, banners, other set-up.

Yarn Bombing Creator (knitting and/or crocheting)

Yarn Bombers – helping set up the yarn creations at specific pre-determined locations June 9 - 12, 2023.

Yarn Bomb Disposal Team – removing yarn creations June 25 – June 30, 2023

MMUP Blog Writers - promoting MMUP musical diversity. Help profile MMUP musicians, linking viewers to performance video clips and more. Your writing to be posted on MMUP site and/or on your own blog, if you have one.

Social Media Managers - making MMUP a viral success. Have fun, be creative, work with our tech team to reach people across multiple social media platforms.

Volunteers needed on Wednesday, June 21, 2023

Site host - welcome musicians, possibly introduce them, distribute programs

Sound Engineer - setup/oversee sound system

Roadie - deliver banners, water jugs, banners, etc

Photographers - take photos and post

Livestreamers - using smart phones or other video equipment, livestream performances to MMUP Facebook page

Videographers - take digital video and post
