Hello!  Thank you for your interest in applying for seasonal employment for our Spring/Summer 2024 Event.  

Employment dates are from April 15, 2024 - May 15, 2024.

We are currently offering $11.00 per hour with a minimum of 12 hours required.  All employees must be able to stand for a 4 hour shift.  Please complete the questionnaire below to apply for one of our limited paid positions.

Employee Hire Process - Here's what to expect:
1.  Fill out this form.
2.  If hired, you will receive a Welcome Email.
3.  Employee Hire Paperwork will be completed through DocuSign.    
4.  Once paperwork is complete, you will be able to sign up for work shifts.
5.  Additional paperwork may be required to sign "in person" before first work shift.

Pre-Sale Shopping Tickets
Working  30+ hours (1 shift must be a Sort Shift) qualifies you for:
- Event Staff Early Shopping at 6pm-10pm on Wednesday, May 1!
   (This shopping time is reserved for EVENT STAFF ONLY!)

   **Additional bump to 5pm shopping start time for all Tenured Event Staff working 30+ Hours! 
   (A Tenured Event Staff is a returning worker who has worked the two previous consecutive events!)

Working 12 hours qualifies you for:
- Event Staff Shopping at 12pm-9pm on Thursday, May 2!
   (This shopping time is reserved for EVENT STAFF ONLY!)
 
   **Additional bump to 11am shopping start time for all Tenured Event Staff working 12-29 Hours! 
   (A Tenured Event Staff is a returning worker who has worked the two previous consecutive events!)


The following Shopping Tiers are also open to the public for purchase:
- Launch Party Shopping at 4PM - 9PM on Thursday, May 2!  
- Platinum Shopping at 9AM - 9PM, Friday, May 3
- Platinum Plus Shopping at 12PM - 10PM, Friday, May 3.
- Gold Shopping at 3PM - 10PM, Friday, May 3.
- Gold Plus Shopping at 6PM - 10PM, Friday, May 3.


Ticket prices for Event Staff will be deducted from your payroll check, you are not required to pay for your ticket up front!  
 - Event Staff Early Shopping  = $60

 - Platinum Shopping = $50
-  Platinum Plus Shopping = $40
 - Gold Shopping = $30
