Please use this form throughout the school year to record your volunteer hours.  Please note that there are three categories: School, Church, Auction.  You can go back in and submit additional hours throughout the year as you complete additional service hours*.  Please contact Jennifer Hazzard (jhazzard@stannesea.org) with any questions. All reporting of service hours is due May 20, 2020. You may project out hours you intend to work beyond May 20, 2020.

*To submit additional hours, open the link (from this email or link on website) and select "Fill Out Form".  Fill out. These hours will be added to the school service hours spreadsheet. You will not be able to view previous submissions so please keep a record of what you submit for your own record keeping.

Each K – 8 family is required to complete 30 hours of service to the school or the parish. Single-parent families must each complete 15 service hours if both parents actively participate in the school life of their child(ren). Of these hours, we encourage parents to donate a minimum of 6 hours to the auction. The success of this two-day fundraising event depends upon the overall support of our entire St. Anne parent community.

In lieu of service hours, the cash equivalent for regular service hours is $40 per hour. The total cash equivalent is $1200 per family or $600 per single parent.
