Each pitch will be 8 metres deep to provide sufficient space for your stall with vehicle parked behind. With this in mind, please tell us how much frontage you require. Your allocated pitch MUST accomodate your vehicle plus ALL your equipment, goods etc and gazebo.

Any vendor, stallholder or exhibitor engaging in any activity with the public - other than simple interactions such as sale of goods, donating, leafleting, collecting, charity raffles and other simple exchanges or transactions - may require an H&S Risk Assessment.
Please ensure you are able to provide the appropriate H&S documentation. Use the final comments section to note any special circumstances.

Fee £12 per metre frontage with minimum price £36. Due as soon as application accepted.

Charities and Voluntary Groups promoting good causes, payment by voluntary donation, however allocation over 3 metres may be charged as above. Please ensure you have described (above) the purpose of your organisation and provided your Charity Registration number if available.
Note: waiving of standard fee is at organisers' discretion.
