RESERVATION POLICY: Reservations are not guaranteed unless full payment is received and a signed and current “Vendor Contract and Agreement” is on record. All returned checks will be charged a $30.00 fee, and the table space will be cancelled immediately.

Vendor pre-order Lunch $13 (Chicken or Veggie wrap, chips, cookie and drink).

REFUNDS: If the vendor must cancel, the Richmond Hill City Center must be notified at least fourteen days prior to the event (November 21, 2020). Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of Registration Fee.

COVID REFUND statement: Vendors will receive a full refund if we have to cancel the event. If you cancel after the deadline and the event is still happening, no refund will be issued according to the contract.

SET UP and CLEAN UP: Shop Small Holiday Market begins at 10 a.m. and ends at 2 p.m. Set up time for vendors will be from 8:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.. Clean up cannot begin until after the event is complete, but must be done by 3 p.m.

ASSIGNED TABLE SPACE: The Vendor Fee is for one 6 ft table and 2 chairs. Richmond Hill City Center will assign all the table space & locations prior to the event. Vendors may not rearrange their assigned locations. If a Vendor requires electricity, it must be noted on the form and pay the fee. If a Vendor requires more space than the one table provided (for example, a clothing boutique set-up), the Vendor must reserve and pay for two tables or pay for a premier spot.

LIABILITY: The vendor shall in no way hold Richmond Hill City Center, LLC liable for broken, lost, stolen items, or damaged items due to fire, water or any other cause. Vendors, under franchise, are welcome to sell their products provided sales are in accordance with franchise guidelines. Richmond Hill City Center will not be liable for vendor violation of franchise agreements.

MASKS: Vendors will be required to wear at their booth.  Shoppers will be advised to wear a mask when 6' of distance can not be maintained indoors.
