Aloha entrants to the Hawaii's Woodshow 2022! Please complete the following description for your entries. This description information is required for each of your pieces. If you haven't completed the Entry/Application Form, please do so as well. **New** La'au Pono Statement (optional)

Hawaii's Woodshow focuses on exploring cultivated Hawaii-grown wood species in a responsible manner.
Remember to adhere to entry rules and wood use guidelines in the Prospectus.
Entry description MUST match the actual entry upon delivery. *Please send photo(s) of entry piece(s) to woodshowcoordinator@gmail.com. These photos will help to verify the wood(s) used.

This completed form is due by Sunday, September 18, 5pm PST. Without this form, your entry/entries will not be complete. NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED.
