To ensure your application is not delayed, please complete ALL sections.

When payment of your Membership fee has cleared the CSSA bank account, your application will be processed for approval by the CSSA Committee. PLEASE NOTE: Your application is subject to approval by the CSSA Committee who meet on the SECOND and FOURTH WEEKS of each month. Please understand you will only receive a payment confirmation and 'welcome pack' once we have manually processed your application (this may mean a wait of up to 3 weeks, though typically less than 2). Your patience is greatly appreciated.

Membership renewal and associated fees are due 1 July each year.
