Ordering Instructions:

Only EKS Families and Students with a current account can order.

Please use this form to submit your request for the video clip(s) of your children performing at the gala concert and any of the recitals.  Due to privacy concerns, we are only accepting the following request:

(1) Solo Performance
(2) If all performers on the video is from the same household (e.g. siblings, parent and child)
(3) All performers in the same group aged 21 or above

You can use the same form if you have multiple performers from the same household. Just list all your performers name clearly on the form.

All video(s) will be delivered in digital format via WeTransfer sometime July or earlier upon availability from the videographer.

Fee $15 per video request (On or before June 30, 2022, and $25 per video June 30). We will charge your credit card on file upon delivery.

Due to families' rights and privacy, we do not accept any requests of group performances (except all performers are aged 21 or above or they are from the same household). Thank you for understanding. Group performance will be featured on our school Youtube Channel at a later date so feel free to view and share with others then.
