For Clients Availing Services From V Maids.Com
1. I hereby agree that the information mentioned in the form is true.
2. I agree to pay an amount of Rs. as the registration charges for seeking services from V Maids.com.
3. For Yearly / Monthly / Daily / Utility Services Contract I agree to pay an amount of Rs.
4. A maximum of 4 (House Help/Patient Care ) staff will be provided in the registration fees paid.
5. In case more than 4 ( House Help Patient Care Staff ) are provided than I Agree to repay the registration charges again to avail the services from V Maids.Com.
6. I will not hold V Maids.com responsible for any dispute between me and the staff house Help / patient care staff / utility service staff).
7. I shall not let the staff provided by V Maids .Com enter the premises (Residen. OR Office) without the I.D.Card provided by V Maid.Com.
8. In case I am not satisfied with the candidate I shall give a notice of 30 days or 1 months salary before I seek a replacement.
9. I promise to give 2 days leave in a month. In case the candidate does not avail the compulsory 2 days leave, I shall compensate the candidate with leave salary with the monthly salary paid.
10. I agree to pay a cheque of Rs to V Maids.com on the of the month towards the services I have availed (House help (Patient Care Staff ).

12. In case of any untoward incident ( theft or misplacement of valuables etc.) . I shall not hold v

liable or responsible for the same.
13. I shall ensure that no valuables (Cash) jewellery, gizmos, etc., are left unattend In case of loss of any valuable I will be responsible for the Act.
