Please fill in the form only when you are sure to enroll you child(ren) into the Workshop.

WHO:                   8 to 17 y-o
WHEN:                 Mon – Tue – Thu – Fri
                             9am to 1pm OR 2pm to 6pm
WHERE:               Marine Parade (East Coast) OR at parent’s place
HOW LONG:        16 hours
PRICE:                  S$ 650 (inclusive of all materials)
                             (+ SGD 100$ transportation fees divided by the number of kids if I come to your place )

When an homogenous group of 5 -6 kids have registered, I will contact you to finalize the registration.
Registration will only be confirmed upon payment of a 50% deposit.

Please, specify all your child's availabilities.
