PLEASE READ BEFORE SUBMITTING FORM:

Those who have pre-registered to speak before 3:00 the day of the meetings will be the first remote speakers taken on each item.  You will receive an email from the City Clerk’s office. (If you do not have email, make sure we can reach you by phone or please call us at 805-385-7803).

The email contains the agenda for the meeting. At the top of the agenda is the call-in phone number, the meeting ID and a password to participate as a voice commenter. When you call in, the phone number ID you registered under will be matched to your name and item. You will be placed in a caller queue on mute. When your turn to speak comes, you will be unmuted by the City Clerk (and you will need to unmute yourself by pressing *6). You will be given three minutes to deliver your comments.

****THE DEADLINE TO PRE-REGISTER FOR A PUBLIC COMMENT IS 3PM THE DAY OF THE MEETING****

Alternatively, you can submit written comments to cityclerk@oxnard.org by 3:00PM and they will be provided to the Committee. (Please include the committee name and item number in the Subject line).

You can also call the Committee to speak live on any item by calling in using the same Zoom information found on the agendas and raising your hand during the Item you are interested in by pressing *9. You will then be called on in order by the City Clerk.
